A word about the title...

Wondering why I chose "economy of mercy"? It's a song by a band named Switchfoot:

In the economy of mercy
I am a poor and begging man
In the currecny of grace
Is where my song begins
In the colors of Your goodness
In the scars that mark you skin
In the currency of Grace
Is where my song begins

I love this song and it was the inspiration for the name of my blog because I do believe that "my song" (my joy, life, purpose) begins in the grace of God.
